Are Lundberg Family Farms products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our rice and quinoa products are naturally gluten-free. We also maintain strict production protocols to prevent cross-contamination in our facilities, ensuring our products are safe for those with gluten sensitivities.
How should I store my rice to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing uncooked rice in a cool, dry place. For long-term storage, we suggest transferring the rice to an airtight container or keeping it in the refrigerator or freezer to maintain optimal flavor and freshness.
What is the difference between organic and eco-farmed rice?
Our organic rice is grown in accordance with the USDA National Organic Program. Our eco-farmed rice is grown using sustainable practices that prioritize soil health and water conservation, though it may not meet every specific USDA organic certification requirement.
Do you offer international shipping for online orders?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our family-grown grains to international customers in the future.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there was an error with your shipment, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
We are committed to sustainability and are actively transitioning to more eco-friendly packaging. Currently, many of our outer boxes are recyclable, and we are working on innovative solutions for our flexible plastic pouches.
